Moves air, cheap plastic frame.
Expensive for quality. Feet that clip into frame to keep fan upright on the floor are flimsy and will break easily. On mine the feet cracked part of frame they snap into when placing the unit down. Now feet are loose and get left behind when I move the fan to another location.

This fan is good and does as advertised, but it certainly is not worth $60.
