dangerous product
This product should be taken off the shelves! It's very dangerous and can cause serious bodily injury! The rocks literally explode when they're heated up.

I use this in my hang on the back filters, and it works great! Definitely clean in hot water. But this doesn’t have any dyes, and comes in a quality bag, very good bacteria growth and natural water clarity, 10/10 for water filtration systems.

BBQ lava rocks
The lava rocks are pretty small and I had to be careful to not let them cover my burner. I prefer the rock briquettes for a gas grill because of their uniform size.
