What happened to the quality?
Hey you guys wanted a review so I get 20 bucks... Seriously?, I bought the same rug 4 years ago and it was much thicker and plusher it appears over the years you have sacrificed on a little less material and still trying to pass it as good quality. I don't know. It's much thinner I'm getting my other one today. My 8x8 and I'm hoping it's not the same low quality.. Also, it appears that you no longer let people in the United States answer the phone, but what else is new there? They work for ch...

Shorter all around
This was just delivered to us. we ordered 3X10 and it is short both in length and width. Two inches in length, not THAT big of a deal. But in width is 6 inches short.
Size not accurate.
If you are looking for a specific size do not buy. Advertised one size but came smaller. Very disappointed.

This rug has exceptional quality and a great price. We have purchased other rugs with the same dimensions and they have not laid flat, this one laid flat as soon as we installed it. Matter of fact we are taking one of the other rugs out and have ordered this one again. Brian Petereit
