Can’t send correct size
I first ordered the 2x16 rug and was shipped the 3x16 rug which is ironically “out of stock” on the website. So I took it back to my local Lowe’s store and was instructed the best option would just be to return it and try reordering. I did exactly that, returned it to the store and same day re-ordered the 2x16 rug. A few days later the same 3x16 INCORRECT rug arrived at my doorstep. Do NOT order from Lowe’s
Lowe’s repeatedly sent the incorrect rug, cancelled my scheduled pickup return multiple times, finally came to get my return, picked up my return, and had not refunded my money. I have called Lowe’s numerous times regarding this matter and my refund. Absolutely no help has been received. Lowes says they submit help tickets, but there is no follow up. I do not recommend ordering from Lowe’s
