Purchased this stove because of its price. BIG MISTAKE! Frome the begiining had trouble with the ingnition pnel - feeding so may paellets that it filled and overflowed the ignition box - or wouldn't feed pellets at all! When it did run correctly it would quit feeding pellets for no obvious reason - or go out whennI opened the hppopper to refill! During the one month I had it I called "Technical Support" several times until they finally told me to take off the panel of the ingnition and fiddle ...
Defective circuit board right out of the box.
Pellet stove came defective right out of the box, doesn't do anything. Had it checked by an electrician and the circuit board is defective. it was also missing one screw and one of the pins for the door that I had to buy online. I send an email to us stove company and i am still waiting for a response. Be aware when buying this stove isn't worth the headache.

Two stoves, two returns
I bought this stove from a recommendation of a friend. What a mistake. The first stove I ran outside to cure the paint, all was fine for about 10 minutes. The exhaust fan started to make a strange sound. I let the stove run for another thirty minutes and the sound was so loud. I recorded this sound to prove it was defective.
