Its a beautiful product but should of been converted before delivery to a propane use it took my son several hour to fix this problem.

Poor delivery
It was delivered and just left outside my building. I have a lobby and a doorman and whoever delivered it didn’t bring it in, tell my doorman or call me to let me know it was being delivered. They left it on the curb. And neither me nor my doorman can bring it inside on our own. Spending over a $1,000 on something to be treated so carelessly is infuriating.

Review update-warranty service did respond
I previously reviewed this range, but I had problem which required a repair two weeks after installation-the electronic ignition would not work. Lowe’s washed their hands of it so I needed to use the warranty service. Though the manufacturer of this range is apparently Canadian, the the warranty service provider for the US was in Arizona. The day this gas range was installed, it seemed very persnickety about lighting. I thought maybe it required a learning curve, but less than two weeks later, it would not light at all.
