Great stove for normal home usage or off grid solar. Runs off portable LPG tank or large permanent tanks. Natural gas orifices included for municipal gas installation. You can choose oven pilot to remain on after cooking or you can shut off the pilot after each use. Oven pilot lights electronically with the temperature knob. You must leave the oven pilot lit while cooking so the oven can relight automatically to maintain temperature. We leave the pilot lit 24/7 because it uses very little gas.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT!

I bought this and despite it being solidly well built, I can't level the range. The leveling feet require a wrench that is about half the width of a normal set of wrenches, as in maybe an eighth an inch thick... nothing I have fits in the space available even with the stove turned on its side! I've called and emailed them all morning and am not getting any response! Nobody picks up the phone except the standard computer system that tells me nobody is available. If I could, I'd return that thing ...

We loved this range for the 7 months that it worked, so I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. The oven will no longer light and for $1500 and another $200 for a 5-year extended warranty, NO ONE WILL GET BACK TO US TO SCHEDULE A REPAIR!!! We submitted a claim online 2 weeks ago, were told to call if we didn't hear back in 2-3 days, and CANNOT GET A HUMAN! It's an endless loop with absolute no resolution. The best non technology stove out there.

I was an owner of a beautiful O Keefe Merrit gas range for many years. Unfortunately we didn’t move the stove with us but we purchased one of these electronic “bells and whistles” modern ranges for our new house.
