Very short life

As others have stated, this is a waste of money and time. I installed some on the side of my metal carport to block wind/rain. where it was attached to the steel post and if anything was touching it from the inside, it turned brown/black, became very brittle. This carport was between 2 other buildings, so sun exposure to the plastic was very minimal. If you only need something for a short time(1 year) and want to save a few dollars, then this will work, if you are putting it on a porch or someth...

NOT suitable for roofing

I replaced 10 skylights in my barn with these panels, 3 panels per light, over the past two years. After one year in place I had panels cracking across the panel. After two years in service the panels have turned dark brown and brittle everywhere they contact a purlin or steel panel. Six lights have failed to cracks and seven have rotted so far. I contacted the manufacturer, OFIC, makers of Ondura. They told me that I chose an unsuitable material for the "temperature extremes" found in my area, ...

Never again

Bought in 2011 and installed and loved that we got the light on our porch but now it has rotted and is breaking and falling. I will not use ever again and would not recommend it to anyone. Hard work down the drain.

This is supposed to be hail resistent, but they did not let it be in the sun for 3 years and then hail on it. I bought 10 sheets of this and now it has aprox 40 holes in it. Now I get to replace it all again ! this time it will be with metal.
