Great ease of use with ordering with the app. I receive a notification within an hour, show up, take it home -- no issues. Get home, open up the box only to see missing parts and mud on the handle. I take it back only wanting a new item (...too much to ask??!!) and they no longer stock/carry the item. Absolutely horrible experience. I gave max 2 stars on the post-purchase survey. If I could I'd give 1 star on this and 9 stars on ease of purchase.

Buyer beware!
This blower has worked well for over a year, however recently the plug started smoking & heated up to such an extent that it melted the plug on my extension cord as well as it's own plug
Great product
It is very lightweight for me to use. I had one before and used it for years and finally got a new one. I would suggest to anyone to buy this.
Old gas
I used old gas when starting this blower for the first time. After a few minutes, the blower choked. I need to replace the gas with fresh.

Not worth the time it took me to destroy it
Cord, weak, brittle. Didn't even bother to take it back to the store. Just took a hammer and beat it into small pieces and disposed in the trash where it belonged. I'd give it no stars if that were possible.
Think twice before you buy
This Blower really did not have any power to it. If your leaves are wet you should just forget about it and wait until you have a dry sunny day.
The propeller breaks down after the 2nd year.
This was my third Troy-Bilt blower and it breaks down after the warranty period like a time clock. Don't bother getting the extended warranty since it will expire when it breaks down. Don't get me wrong. It's a good blower but the life expectancy is two years.
JUST WHAT I NEEDED
I live in central Florida and after hurricane Matthew my broom just was not gonna be enough for my back patio and front driveway.
