Poor quality control

Two of the walls were falling apart and I had to put it back together. Construction of all the parts was iffy and poor. A lot of the screws and nails they used for each preassembled piece were often not even holding anything down. Once I fixed the issues with proper hardware and some wood glue, it came out ok. Definitely not "easy construction" like how it said on the box.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY

You pay almost $300 for this dog house and it is cheap, the wood splits easy and breaks the boards. I would not recommend this to anyone, do not waist your money. Also is does not hold medium size dogs, this is for a small dog only. I am going to see what I have to do to return this.

Looks nice but mediocre quality at best

The appearance and size were appealing but the assembled construction was very shoddy. The screws fell out of the wood and the entire structure collapsed. I purchased a box of additional wood screws and have reassembled it, but I honestly don't know how long it will last.

Good relationship price-quality

Easy to assemble but you need to watch the instructions carefully to avoid mixup the parts but there are only few parts. It looks very nice. It is not a very strong product, so it is better to build up near the final location to be used. I like this product, it was what I was looking for.

Great design, poor craftsmanship, but can be fixed

I’d buy it again. The design is great and it’s the right size, but it’s not very sturdy. I had to use my nail gun to keep everything from falling apart. No big deal for me, but I can see how the lack of care in its assembly would upset someone.

bought this not for a dog but our cat! he seems to like it. he eats his food on his porch and sleeps inside! I am happy cause he is happy

Great wooden house for pet animals

I have explored many products for 2 of my adult rabbits but could not find a suitable one. Though this house is for dogs, I felt that that this is good for our pets. I bought this recently and both my son & I spent an hour to assemble it. I have a pen for rabbits in our backyard but need some shelter during winter/rainy season. I am glad that I bought this and my entire family including rabbits liked it.

Rustic Wood Dog House

if ur looling to keep ur pets warm and dry.this is not it.i found it just a shadetree dog house.work great under a shadetree in the summer.and yes it danmage to it from store some of the shingle the grit had rubb of of them which big black tare spot on roof for the price! hm
