The Dog Likes It
I was planning to build my own until I saw this. Great value for the price. I am not sure how well it will hold up in winter weather though. I'll soon find that out. It was easy to assemble, they include extra hardware in case you loose some.

Picked up at the store. Hidden damage, one of the casters on the foot of the dog house was cracked and damaged beyond repair. Returning to the store. Reordered will try again.

Fair but arrived with broken piece
When we unpacked it the strip on the underside of the lidded roof was cracked & broken off. We were able to glue it on & staple it but we shouldn’t of had to. The doghouse itself is fair. It will work for shade & rain. I’m not sure the wood will last long as it seems to be not the best quality.

Nice for Cats Too!
I have three inseparable cats who like to "hang out" on the porch when they are outside. The house provides them a rooftop view and my one shy cat feels "safe" inside when he needs to be alone! Cat approved! Looks great on my porch too! It is sturdy and the wood finish is a beautiful color. Easy to assemble. I am more than pleased with this attractive and practical "house"solution for my cats.

ARE YOU GOOD WITH CARPENTER SKILLS
I FOUND THE ROOF WAS NOT ATTACHING CORRECTLY. FINALLY GAVE UP & PUT IT ON LOOSE WITH WEIGHT ON TOP IN CASE OF STRONG WINTER STORM. ROOF INSTALL WAS NOT EASY & JUST NOT A ONE WOMAN JOB.
