They run a little big in size.
Very protective against insulation. I used this suit for a job in my attic. I would definitely recommend. Be warned! I figured this suit would have a little extra room, but it had a little more than I realized. Especially in the mid-section and arms and leg areas. Did also have extra Height room. I'm assuming for people that put this on over thicker clothing, if necessary, in cold climates. For me I should have gotten the XL size since I was working in a warmer climate and I'm smaller.
