Lightweight but durable

Martis valley is great choice if you live in a place with strict fire code compliance or want a light modern p v c deck that resists heat and moisture.

Very durable

Very solid piece. The grooves in the design and the color makes it pop. It measures pretty thick for durability and the small piece I have has some weight to it.

Sturdy

So this one sample of a deck board seems pretty sturdy. Says it’s ignition resistant, meaning it can’t catch fire like traditional wood decks would. No pun intended. It looks nice. Could make for a nice deck as well. The board appears to be water resistant as well. The finish on one side is smooth. While the finish on the other side is textured, to help avoid slippery surface.

Small in size but has great quality to make up for it . It is thick and sturdy . Great durability. Has a rough texture that will look amazing . Love the craftsmanship

Great odea for samples

This is the cutest idea ever. I was expecting one piece of decking that would be just a color test to see if i like the sample. But it came with ideas to do so you dont waste the sample. It could be a floating shelf, house address sign, or on-the-go station. The board itself is great. The material looks very high end and durable.

Looks Great

This composite deck sample looks solidly constructed intended for many years of reliable use. The surface texture is smooth. The sample color is uniform. It feels light, not too heavy.

Beautiful natural looking deck

This Trex sample has a very nice look and feel. The Martis Valley color is warm and natural, and wood-grain texture gives it a realistic look without looking fake. The board feels solid and heavy duty. I like ordering this sample so I could see the actual color and texture in person, since it looks different depending on the lighting. Based on the sample it seems like an amazing option for a low maintenance composite deck.

Seems well made

As you can see, my regular deck is worn and needs to be replaced. I got a sample of this deckboard which seems to be made of composite plastic like material. I expect this to hold up to the elements a bit longer than my wood deck and paint did. My current deck is starting to rot being about fifteen years old. I'm told that these composite materials are a lot stronger. The sample I received is too small to actually try out.
