So Far So Good.... Trex was delivered when they said it would be and the Lowe's Driver was Second to None concerning the way he proceeded to unload my delivery. Could Not have Gone any Better. I am unable to Comment on the product itself as it has not been installed as of yet..

Don’t use if warped

I just redid a 500sqft deck and when the Lowes truck delivered I noticed all the ends of boards were severely warped up on both ends. I said I wanted to return it and the drive said he doesn’t do returns and to call the store, so I looked on line and a lot of people posted about this issue and said just install it and they will lay flat after the sun hits it. Board Width Variance

I did extensive research prior to committing to this product. I measured many samples to verify board width. The samples I measured were 5.500” +/-.010”. My deck is over 60ft long x 15ft wide. There are four bays of boards, each bay separated by double parting boards. First three bays were 16ft boards. I got to the last bay only to find out that the 12ft boards on average were 3/32” WIDER than the 16ft boards. Warped Trex

The worst product I have ever Used. The ends and middle are warped so bad I could not use some pieces. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT.

Lowes Ramsey Street Horrible Service

I ordered these on May 18, 2024 and the individuals who were went to pick them up May 25, 2024 were unable to do so due the boards being too long for the truck. The boards were left in the store in order have them picked by someone with a larger vehicle and we are being told the boards can’t be found anywhere in the store. Unfortunately this is not the first time my order at this Lowes was totally unsatisfactory, disappointing, and frustrating !

Warping

Lowe's contractor installed Trex decking in 2022. This year all of the side boards on the deck have warped even though I was assured this would not occur. I have tried repeatedly to contact Lowe's to see who and how to contact someone to help. It has been thirty days and still I have not been able to contact anyone. Store customer service gave me a number to call but it is out of service. This was a very huge investment for me. I was so pleased with it until 18 months later. It is shameful that ...

Expect better fot the price

Not only was the order delayed by three weeks but out of 49 boards, 2 were damaged. I was still able to use them but at the price (a little over $4000) i expect them all to be perfect. Many of the boards also had a slight warp at the ends. I could not check them on arrival as they were in a bundle, and the only reason I chose delivery was that at 16ft I could not transport them myself. Again i was able to use them but i would think again before using lowes for this product.
