I am building a deck and have had to make multiple stops and pick-ups at the store. Each time my preordered materials were waiting on me, and they also helped me load it. Tough to order on line, and with transfers
Did not like the fact that 16' boards, have 5 bottom stubs, while 8' boards have 6 stubs and only these match with the Cortex screws template.

damaged upon receipt
Picked up one single 20' board for my deck project. Product was wrapped in cellophane when I picked it up at the store, and at a glance, looked fine. When I unwrapped it at home to use it, had several large scratches and gouges across the length.
