Problems with getting the other to the vendor
The product itself is beautiful but there was an issue between Lowe’s and the vendor where the vendor wasn’t receiving the order, it was ordered 2 times and instead of taking a week to come in, it took a month. I actually had to cancel my order and reorder it.

Do not do project work with Owings Mills Lowes.
Lowes driver delivered my 6 square Trex Composite boards to the wrong address and my order was a week late causing additional expense to me for my contractor have to take additional week to complete the work.

Worst delivery experience I have every had
The initial delivery shorted me of one board. Customer service added the missing delivery to a second delivery. The second delivery was delayed by six days and when the delivery came today the board was still missing. The driver was very rude and said he could not help me!!!!! I paid workers to spend extra time to wait for the delayed delivery and the board they could not place on my deck. I will never order from Lowed again!!!!!
