Great Results with the Tram 1481 Antenna for cost!
I just wanted to share my experience with the Tram 1481 base station antenna. After installing the 17-foot model, I took final SWR readings and was impressed with the results: 2 Meter Band: 1.2:1 70 Centimeter Band: 1.5:1 GMRS Band: 1.8:1 MURS Band: 2.4:1 The MURS reading was a bit higher, but still within acceptable range. Instructions are not completely right.
Its a great quality antenna but you need to know how to attach both poles together instructions really dont say.
