I think this model needs a little more horsepower. I think my old self propelled (10 years) had more power, or perhaps the wheels on the old mower had a better grip.

I started the order thru PayPal, 'popup,' Payment Information [check mark] Success, Payment successfully sent, and that was as-far-as the payment would go. After 4 or 5 rounds with your VCA I was handed off to Oliver G. I explained the situation and Oliver was able to see what had transpired during my round with the VCA. I didn't get a conformation with an order #, even if my screenshot was showing, 'Success' the payment had not gone thru. Oliver, with my permission, completed my order by VISA....

difficulty starting

Sometimes it won't start with 20-30 pulls on the starter cord. I am taking it back to the place of purchase to see if this can be corrected. Very disappointed with the mower so far

Good quality mower with a human error
When I first started the mower the engine sounded wonderful. I proceeded to start to mow for the very first time and the left side rear wheel fell completely off. Upon further investigation the rear wheel bolt was missing. After spending $581 on the mower and $281 to ship it to my final destination you can imagine my disappointment and frustration and horror. Personal Pace Is A Joke

I have had it in 3 times within the first two weeks of purchasing it trying to get it up to my speed. They did the best they could.
