What Customers Are Saying
The mower has a mixed performance. Some users find it powerful, easy to use, and good value, while others report issues with the design and quality. Positives include a strong engine, self-propelled feature, and lightweight build. However, common complaints include a small and poorly designed grass catcher, overly fast self-propelled speed, and clogging or stalling when cutting taller or damp grass. Durability is also a concern, with some users reporting premature breakdowns.

Purchased mower on Oct 25. Used it 3X, then stored and winterized. Tried to use this week 3/30 and DEAD. Will NOT start. Had to take it to a Toro Srvc Center on a 5 mo. old mower. Was told carburetor Toro NOW uses are made of plastic bc of cost-cutting and fail ALL THE TIME and are JUNK. STAY AWAY.
Works great
Very easy to use

Not good for mulching grass
not able to use this without the bagger, grass gets clogged under mower unless bagger is attached. Defeats the purpose of trying to mulch.

I recommend buying this product.
I like the way it’s made and the quality in the machine how it runs real smooth. It’s like you’re barely even doing work.

I called Toro, and it sounds like they will not stand behind the unit based on similar cases. I am not buying another Toro or a Briggs engine. The quality is nowhere near where it used to be based on this un...
