Used a craftsman push mower for 15 years with no isssue. This TORO made it 5 months before gas started pouring out of the air filter. Easy fix but shouldn’t have to fix a new mower.

LOWE'S CUSTOMER SERVICES IS SO BAD

I really needed my grass cut so I brought this lot more it did not crank at all returned it they did not let me exchange it for a new one of a different model. Told me they had to refund my money and it would take up to 10 days. Now I have no money to buy a lawnmower this policy is very bad all you had to do is give me a gift card and I would have brought another lawn mower there. I will never shop at Lowe's again also that people are not very nice there..

I'm very disappointed in this purchase. The mower starts just fine, no problems there. The drive is acceptable, you can vary the speed by how much you close the engagement bar. The one thing it fails at miserably is it's grass catching. it comes with a mediocre size bag, that will hold only about a 2 gal pail size (fluffed) before the small 5 in hole clogs. 20 feet, empty bag. Now it works fine with a bag or no bag if you cut your grass every 2 days before it can grow more than 1/2 inch, ...
