Far Too Many Failures for a $4,500 Refrigerator

Arrived Damaged

Arrived damaged. The only way to return it is to bring it in store and start the whole purchasing process over again which we do not have the capability of doing. Also delivery was delayed from 7/13 to 7/27. Will not purchase anything from Lowe’s again. We spent over 6700 in this one transaction.

TRF3601 Refrigerator

I don't believe my refrigerator is refurbished, but this was the only product option that fits my appliance description. I absolutely love this refrigerator. With small (thirsty) kids, having a water/ice dispenser is key for our family. The water filter is very easy to change. I also really like the middle unit.

Garbage scam

Lowe’s sent a dented up refrigerator, would only offer refund not replacement. Price increase over 1000k

This refrigerator is just as I expected. We renovate houses and have used quite a few brands over the years. After reviewing on showroom floor we decided to put Thor products in our personal home. Awesome refrigerator

Shopped all the name brands and found a couple that were "OK" in the showrooms. But the owner reviews raised questions. This Thor refrigerator topped the ratings. That's great, but what really matters is PERFORMANCE... and it performs. The capacity is deceptively large and versatile. The middle drawer can be set to cool or freeze. The roll-out shelf in the bottom freezer takes full advantage of the freezer space without burying stuff on the bottom. The ice maker doesn't take up freezer space...
