Poor Quality Components/ Horrible Customer Service
Thor makes horrible quality wine coolers. I purchased my wine cooler here and it lasted about one year. While it should be covered under warranty, the customer service just keeps giving one excuse after another for the last three months. If you look at other sites like yelp, you will see consistent complaints about bad quality, poor customer service, and not honoring their warranties.

Thors kitchen is trash
This product never functioned properly, and trying to get service is virtually impossible. Go read the reviews of thors kitchen on yelp. nightmare company. Buyer beware! In about to take an 1800 bath on this purchase.

Great under counter fridge
