This sub schedules as the see fit. Once you are scheduled you are unable to contact them to make changes. Texts can't be replied to and they direct you to your local Lowes store. In my case the Lowes salesman couldn't make changes either. The didn't measure my frame properly and had to reschedule. That appointment was postponed due to his inability to get to my home before it started to rain. (I had an inside door.) The next date was postpone due to his illness. when he did come three mon...
Weathered
Door was obviously purchased and returned before I ordered it for store / curbside pickup. Trim and door were scuffed up quite a bit. I was crunched for time so I took the door and replaced the trim. Inventory at my local store is getting weak.

I love the door
I love the door what I don't love is Lowe's never actually gives you points for anything I've bought new appliances from them and now this door yet I never have any points and then it will say I forfeited my points I think in the future I will not shop at Lowe's again. the door is beautiful and well made and I couldn't believe how inexpensive the door was I would have purchased it elsewhere but I used my Lowe's card in hopes that I would eventually get points for a larger purchase
Arrived damaged and Lowe's is not helping.
Arrived damaged and Lowe's is giving me the runaround. Installers brought the door after the scheduled window and installed it despite it having a large crack in the top edge. Lowe's will not replace it under warranty.
