These doors are nice for the price, but they need better packaging. Ordered one for pickup, inspected before took it home but didn't completely unpackage it and one of the glass windows was cracked. Ordered another for pickup and opened packaging more fully and it was scratched up. Fortunately, another local Lowes had one still that was in new (undamaged) condition. Installed nicely and seems good quality for price. Good Energy Star Rating.

Scratched and offset window trim
Delivered to my house this past Friday. One of the doors had two significant scratches and the other door had offset trim for the window trim. The delivery driver showed me a picture of the scratched doors *before* pickup. One door had protection and the other door is in its own frame.
