I bought this product because of a cheap clearance price and found it to work and cook as good as any of the big name brands in charcoal.

Wonderful briquettes! First off I make everything from scratch at home to avoid fillers and extra junk in food so the fact that the good charcoal company is 100% chemical free was super attractive to me. The briquettes are a little bit bigger than the blue bag company. They burn a long time and give a good flavor from the acacia wood. I usually use oak wood briquettes, but this brought a very pleasant change of flavor to my bbq. I will definately buy again!

Worth the wait

Been waiting to try these for two years, and I am not disappointed. I had previously bought The Good Charcoal lump charcoal and found it burned super hot, so you really did need less. So when I heard whispers that briquettes were coming out I was so excited. Finally about a month ago I saw them in store. Great briquettes!

This is some really great charcoal. I’ve been using the Good Charcoal lump for a while now, but I finally got my hands on the briquettes, and I’m glad I did. It burns hot, clean, and long. I used about a half of a bag in this Backwoods smoker, and it ran at 300 for about 8 hours before I shut it down with charcoal still left in the basket. Grab some and give it a try, and I’m sure you’ll be impressed as well.

This charcoal burns hot, clean and lasts a long time! Very impressed with the flavor profile it gives my meats. Tried the briquettes with hamburgers and they turned out amazing. I will be using the briquettes this weekend for brisket and pork butt. This is officially our go to charcoal moving forward. Thanks Good Charcoal company for giving us a 100% chemical free product!

Definitely some great charcoal!

I've been using The Good Charcoal Company Premium Acacia Lump Charcoal for awhile now.. especially at our local comps. So when I seen they also came out with these New Super Briquettes, I had to try them out. I couldn't see the quality being any less coming from TGCC and I was not disappointed! Hot Clean Burn!

After using The Good Charcoal Lump for well over a year now, I knew I'd have superior results using their new Super Briquettes! These briquettes burn extremely hot and clean. To my knowledge, there isn't a company out there that it is doing what The Good Charcoal Company is doing...feeding people with food insecurities, promoting sustainability and conservation efforts while at the same time producing clean, chemical -free charcoal. This is GOOD stuff!

Used in my courtyard to prevent frost damage.

Long lasting, I put the whole bag in my pagoda style covered fire pit around 10PM to prevent freeze damage to the plants in my courtyard surrounded by a 6 ft tall brick wall. The coals were still hot well into the next afternoon. Yes, it saved my plants.

Awesome Briquettes

These briquettes are pillow like but very dense for long burning. They work great in a Weber Kettle especially in the vortex and doing wings. They are unlike other brands all natural and smell great adding good flavor to your food. I think these are the best around!! I grill and smoke 5 to 7 days a week so I go through a lot of charcoal and I love using these
