New vs used as display
I ordered this 100 gallon Tarter galvanized steel tank online. I got the message that it was ready for pick up. The one they had for me was dirty inside and a bit rusty. We looked throughout the store for another one , but could not find it. As I am using it as a rain collection device and not potable water, I decided to take it, but was disappointed that it was not shiny new.
