Terrible customer service

Delivery was terrible. I ordered 9 boxes but only received 8, customer service was unable to tell me when the last unit would ship, except the a shipping label was created. A week later still no shipment, only a label waiting for shipment. No one I spoke with at Lowe's could tell me anything except that it was a third party shipment, but they were unable to contact them. Solid, USA made

Pacers are USA built and stronger than what I reviewed from competitors. Also, HDPE should hold up better in the north hot and cold seasons. The pacers are really about 23.5” in space so measure accordingly.
