This is an exceptional, very high quality toilet, most definitely worth the additional cost. It has a special coating on the porcelain, making it very easy to keep clean. The flushing mechanism is very efficient and this toilet should last for a very long time. Strongly recommend that you opt for store delivery at extra cost rather than direct delivery. BROKEN
ordered early for new construction, when opened today was broken in pieces with no obvious damage on outside of box. Have written statement from plumber that box was in tact and damage only visible when item removed. now battle to get refund.

We did a nice remodel in 3 bathrooms and wanted to get this one for master (did get all one piece for the 3, much easier with cleaning!). This science of ultra smooth ceramic for an extra $300 so you clean it less often is absolute hogwash. Now we have it harder to clean as we cannot use beach based cleaner OR a good scrubber. Very disappointed. It does flush well. Last thing of note - this is an elongated bowl HOWEVER it is shallower - there is significant backsplash gentlemen. Got to touch...

The Ultramax II has been in use for a week and a half and I’m quite pleased with it. No issues so far with flushing or stains; it flushes completely with less water than the old toilet and the tank fills quickly. The appearance is also an upgrade from our thirty-three year old model.
