I bought this, only to find out that the tank was so poorly cast that it leaked at the fill valve. After a month of back and forth with the company (they do not reach out, you must call them, otherwise they will forget about you). When you do call, they leave you on hold. I still don't have a resolution to my issue, and I do have a broken toilet. DO NOT BUY FROM TOTO, THEY HATE YOU.

The toilet seat was delivered broken, we brought the product back to the store, asking to reorder the item. As of now We still haven’t received the toilet, it supposedly was reordered on same day we returned the broken toilet

Received Broken and Missing Pieces
Opened box toilet came in today in prep for installation. Found toilet chair base shattered in many pieces. No tank found in the box. Will be contacting Lowe's in the morning. Item should have been better packed in the box, the item was placed in for shipping. Cannot evaluate product.

This is a great toilet. It goes together easily
I love that the tank comes separate than the sea so that it’s so much lighter and easier to put together. I don’t like that it doesn’t contain the wax ring that you need the flex pipes we already had.
