The toilet bowl arrived broken into three pieces. See photo. Only option offered by customer service is to return it to a store, which will require hiring help to do because of package size and weight.
Toilet Bowl Shattered
The bowl arrived completely shattered. I called Lowe's, sat on hold for 25 minutes, and was finally told there was nothing they could do about it being broken because all sales are final. I have to drag it to the store now. Do not ever have a Lowe's item delivered to you. Completely disappointed in this experience.
Best Flushing
We watched different reviews and testing. This toilet flushes the best by far. We bought one a couple years ago and like it so much that we just but one in our second bathroom.

Lowes delivered wrong toilet bowl
Ordered the correct toilets, Lowes delivered a different toilet bowls than than ordered. Lowes made the return very difficult.

Read the reviews, these toto toilets are shipped in nothing but thin card board. I had them open the package and the toilet was completely shattered into hundreds of pieces. I immediately requested a refund and bought a Kohler. This Kohler was packaged incredibly well with plenty of protection.
