TOTO Plastic Cotton White Round Soft Close Toilet Seat

Used seat at full price!

Received the seat in a timely manner. When opening the package discovered the installation package had been opened and extra parts added. When installing the seat found that the small flaps had pry marks on them. Also, the nylon screws had screwdriver marks from a previous installation. I don’t feel that I should have been charged full price. Did not return feeling that the hassle and additional wait wasn’t worth it.

Item was a returned item they charged FULL price.

Received the package and it was obviously a returned item. The package with the assembly parks had been opened. The small flaps had been pried open and the nylon bolts had screwdriver marks from being installed once. How they can sell a returned item for full price is beyond me. Installed the seat as returning item would have been a hassle.

Soft Seat, Perfect Fit

Bought recently and love it — very soft, crisp white, fits my Toto bowl perfectly. Feels high-quality, easy to install, adds comfort and a clean look; wish care instructions were clearer.

This is less expensive than the brand’s web price

It’s nice. But they don’t last as long as they should. Not because they break but the sheen wears off too soon for the cost. Part of that is just overpricing due to the brand name.
