Don't buy for exterior paint

This is my 3rd paint sprayer I have bought over 25 years so I'm not new to this. Titan says this paint sprayer can spray exterior paint without diluting. I bought paint from Sherwin Williams and the paint sprayer won't spray it. Sprays water but chokes on the exterior paint, keeps running, never shuts off, doesn't spray. This is about the 4th electric paint sprayer i have purchased and i think i finally got it right - being able to spray directly from the 5 gallon container is a gamechanger.

Never received sprayer

Had high hopes for this unit but it got lost somewhere between the manufacturer and Lowes, so it never even made it to me. Was given the run around for a week before I went into the store to get answers and all they could do was offer a refund. It wasn't Lowe's fault, it really fell on FedEx dropping the ball, but set my project back several days and I had to take more PTO to complete.

This is a great product.

Excellent spray pattern once I got used to it. I should have practiced more before starting to paint. It was my first time using this type of paint sprayer. At first I was spraying way to thick of a coat, but once I adjusted my method, it coated perfectly.

Never would prime

First off customer service was a joke. Customer service was awful the lady kept saying that I should have bought a contractor unit. This thing never would prime brand new out the box. Was a gift for Christmas and didn’t need to use till just recently. Had high hopes but I will be going back to graco. Was like pulling teeth to get a return authorization.

Not worth the money

I bought this because my Graco broke down on me. Had a house to paint so I figured I would try this one and see how it performed. Now before I start I am a painter by trade and know how to paint.
