TCL Smart 14000-BTU Large Room 230-Volt White Through-the-Wall Air Conditioner with Remote

I received it Thursday 7-30-2026. Installed it on 8-2-26 and the fan will not run. Lowe’s will not allow a return for refund or exchange because it is boxed and has been 48 hours from receiving it. Trying to get resolution from TCL is an ordeal and I do not know when I will have a working AC. I feel I have wasted over $600 and customer service is not very good.

Easy to install, much quieter than the old model I had, I am happy with this product.

Works well but difficult

It was quiet and very efficient. We love this in our basement during the summer but I wish it was easier to install for sure

Quite and efficient

It’s quite which is nice- adds a bit of white noise but not anything that would keep you up. The remote control made it nice to stay in bed and not have to move to adjust to my liking. I highly recommend!

Great Option for smart AC !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This energy efficient AC has a great cooling capacity, my main hall is big and tall, and within an hour it was capable of cooling the area. Installation seems not that hard and the noise level it has is mid. You can definitely hear it but is not that noisy. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good AC!
