never connect, record or detect anything. they told me it was my wifi. bought a high quality mesh system. no difference. one of the cameras is literally right next to the wifi in my living room. don’t buy these. i bought two super cheap cameras from a different brand and they work great.

don’t buy
cameras constantly turn off detection settings, don’t record. battery is already bad in one of them. garbage. bought a $30 defender camera that blows this away. also my “new” cameras had recordings on them.

wifi info update
Sadly this is made so that if you need to replace your modem/router and have wifi info to update you must drag out a ladder or call your installer to take unit down and pair with new wifi info. Do not buy this and install if you think you may, ever in your life, need to upgrade/replace modem/router.

The chargers work great; cameras not so much. They don't seem to pick up on alot of activity and by the time they start recording, person has already left area. Many times movements have been missed completely.
