You will like this sump pump

Just my initial examination of the product impressed me with the quality of how well it is constructed, I have had two other dual pump units from other companies and this seems to be made to higher standards.

Quality sump pump with battery backup

The pump was preassembled and was equipped for battery back up if electricity was lost. It only required fitting piping to the location. It did require tightening one join 3 times but then it worked well. There were minimal instructions provided but the company has a good customer service department.

1/2 hp with 12volt backup #

after have this pump for 4 months the switch on the main pump is starting to stick making the 12volt pump to start and set off the alarm

great pump

Dislike nothing very easy to install works very well and is quiet.

Nothing was tight

I got this unit and it was a fair price got it home and hooked it all up. Plugged it in and water was coming from every fitting and hose. Took it back apart and found everything was finger tight ,no thread tape on pipe fittings , clamps were loose. Completely disassembled and did everything that should of been done on a drop in ready sump pump.
