When it works, it's pretty good
I've had this pump for less than a year, it moves the waste water from my washer machine and has frozen up 8 times now resulting in water spilling all over the basement. It's an awful item.

The threading on the output pipe lines up very poorly. It could be muscled on. It's only run once so far, but it pumped with some velocity.

Works once installation problems sorted out
Seems to be well built but the float valve was disconnected (it’s supposed to be all reassembled) so I had to remove the lid and put it back in place. Their customer service was very good; I emailed them and got a response almost immediately. They sent me the missing pin to keep the float in place. It arrived two days by 1st class Mail. The other minor problem is the design of the check valve. It’s not made of PVC (ABS) and it has a very short length of 1 1/2” pipe where the discharge pipe c...
