They actually block out more of the sun and heat than our old ones which is great since we are in FL and the summer months get HOT. The color brightened up our room and they fit the window perfectly.

I put them in our master bedroom because I prefer it to be dark in the mornings. I also love taking naps during the day on the weekends so this helps darken the room mid day. SunSmart Blackout Curtains

They block out the sun light so I get a restful day's sleep. The panels are not heavy at all. They are light and have a beautiful pattern on them. I think they would match any decor. I am planning on buying more SunSmart Blackout curtains for more rooms in my home. Especially for the summer to keep the sun and heat out. They are well made.

Love the rich look

I put them in my kids room because I need total blackout when I put them for a nap. I was a little bit disappointed because i didn’t get a total blackout. These work perfectly in the baby's room becuase I can keep it very dark for nap time. They move easily on the rod and do not get stuck like many heavy curtains.
