Make sure you use wood with your charcoal.
The side grill is the real prize to me. Put the meat over there to cook then transfer it to the smoker for a couple of hours. Perfect smoked meat.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband and he loves it! The pit is very sturdy and solid. It did not take him long to put together. He loved all of the features and the sturdiness. Everything is well made including the metal wheels. The size of the pit was perfect. He is getting ready to cook a brisket so he is excited on the outcome. Very happy with the purchase!
