ORDER STATUS: DELIVERED WITH NO PRODUCT ACTUALLY D
My order shows delivered with no product at my door. I started a chat. Got sent a proof of delivery file that would not open. Called the 800 number to further investigate and they are closed. I have a Lowe’s credit account I rarely use. The reasons are obvious. I’ve already paid for the item and I have a feeling this is going to be a headache.

Very Good
I do love this fire pit cover but because my fire pit is 48" round, it wants to collect water/snow in the center and is hard to get off. I put in three 5-gallon buckets inside the fire pit to keep it raise up and it works perfectly, helping the water to just run right off. The quality is exceptional and will last for years and well as help protect my very expensive fire pit. I have not been disappointed yet ordering from this company.
