Great product, incorrect directions.
The colors and wood/rock options are very nice. It looks very nice. The only performance issue we have is the cable (Spectrum) remote sometimes turns the fireplace off. The directions did not include removing the four “shipping” screws, on the sides of the unit for removal of the front panel.
Beautiful and Easy to Install
Easy installation and ready to use right out of the box. I installed mine as a fireplace insert to replace my propane burner. Very quiet and realistic looking flames with several settings to customize to the look you want.

your remote for TV ect may effect settings
works well but other remotes change settings
