Provide better air flow with this heavy-duty round steel fire pit wood grate. These firewood grates are used to lift wood off the bottom of the fire pit for better air flow and easy burning. Note never cook food directly on the grate. However it is perfect to use with pots and pans over the fire. A separate cooking grill should be used for barbecuing meat or other foods that need to be placed directly on a cooking surface.

DIMENSIONS: 30 inch diameter x 3 inch tall 7/16 inch thick solid steel bars x 2-Inch gap between bars; legs are 2 inch tall; weighs 20 pounds
DURABLE DESIGN: Made of sturdy steel metal construction with high-temperature heat resistant paint finish
200 POUND WEIGHT CAPACITY: Not recommended to place food directly on grate but great for cooking pots and pans; Holds up 200 pounds so it is sure to hold a large amount of logs and firewood in the fireplace
BETTER FIRES: Place under the wood in the bonfire for better air flow and a longer lasting fire; Perfect for the backyard or to take with while camping
1 YEAR WARRANTY: Sunnydaze Decor backs its products with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty

The Finishing Touch...

Would Recommend

This log grate is exactly what I need to finish off my fire pit, I couldn't be happier. It's constructed of very heavy bar stock (~ 7/16" Dia.), is solidly welded, and has a very nice finish. The 5 welded feet are 2 1/2" long and allow plenty of clearance for air circulation, however, depending on the base of your pit you may need to provide some support. If the bottom of your pit is a solid surface, you're good to go. Because mine has a gravel base I needed to sink some support blocks into ...
