Engineers need to tweak machine for better workout
Like: small, very space conscious. Dislike: not what I expected out of stair stepper. No ability to change effort level. The effort is not for lifting legs up like walking up stairs. The effort is more to push down on the foot pedals. Maybe the pressure of the tensioners is too high. I feel my heel is pushing the pedals down with force. The tensioners should have versatile pressure levels to get better work out.

A STABLE MACHINE
THIS EQUIPMENT CAME EARLY AND EASY TO SET UP. I PUT ALL BOLTS IN TIGHTENED EVERY THING AND IT WORKS GREAT. GLAD LOWE'S COULD GET THIS. HAVE A ANOTHER FOR TRAVEL. THIS ONE IS FOR STABLE WALKS NOT A STAND ALONE TYPE. LIKED THE PRICE TOO.

Love it!
I'm so glad I bought this. Love the handle for stability and the ease of being able to move this from room to room. Takes up little space to stow away discreetly when you want to. Lots of workouts to follow on you tube or the Sunnyhealth app. I'm 64 and appreciate that It's very sturdy and I feel secure using it. Whatever shape your in young or older you can definitely get a great workout with this.
