My Son and I had it installed in 2 days. We had one glitch with 2 missing pieces but Sunjoy made good on them and sent them to us so we didn't have a lot of down time. Instructions were fairly accurate and easy to understand. Product is well worth the price.

Excellent quality. The frame is wood, not metal. That was a pleasant surprise. I paid for professional installation, and it was worth every penny. They were able to install it sooner than expected, and they had the whole thing up in about two hours.
