Difficult to get replacement parts, there's no manual, and the manufacturer is unresponsive... Initially, when first set up there's no place to hang the lantern hook that it recommends... Lowes was no help with the item or issues that arose...

DONT BUY

Are people reviewing this straight out the box? Wait a few months. The pieces rust and SNAP. Fabric tears. This isn’t meant to be an outside gazebo. This was an expensive piece of trash.

DO NOT BUY.

I bought this in November. We have had it for 6 months and the pieces are SO rusty that they’re snapping off. “Strong” metal bars are snapping and it’s completely falling apart. Terrible quality. They’re supposed to have a coating that prevents rusting but apparently it doesn’t work very well or lacks that coating. Don’t waste your money.

Overall satisfaction

I am pleased with your product other than the fact that it came out of box with stains on several of the panels. I am not sure what caused the problem but you may want to take precautions to prevent it from happening to others in the future. There's also some rust stains on mosquito netting likely from the frame rusting.

Perfect Gazebo for me

This looks just as great in person as the stock photo. As another reviewer mentioned, the instructions do leave much to be desired. You get about halfway & then they get wonky. I have had some pretty strong winds since setting it up but I made sure I kept it zipped & it seems to have stayed in tact. Buggy Gazebo

I had super high hopes for this gazebo. My $30 mosquito net for my patio table umbrella works better than this. Somehow this thing is constantly filled with bugs! I have looked it over multiple times and cannot figure out how they are getting in. The ventilation holes in the roof? I have the screens closed at all times. Great Look!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not super hard to put together, took me about 3 hrs. (Keep in mind I'm not the best handyman out there) I definitely needed help of another person with some of the pieces. One thing to keep in mind is that bolts as well as the clips for the linen are counted for, so do not misplace any or you will be out of luck there. Overall it came out great and adds a bit of fancy to the backyard.
