Completely rusted out of the box
Terrible product. Poor quality materials! The box was in perfect condition with no water damage but all the metal components inside are rusted out. I mean every single one, every facet of every piece! It's all assembled and pieces of the fake stone fascia that were attached to the metal frame have fallen off due to the rust. How are we going to return this rust bucket to Lowes?

We have owned ours for 15 years and are now considering replacing it with the same as we originally purchased. Mind you we live in the norther US with winter temps below zero and a good amount of snow, and frequent rain in the spring and fall. The firebox began rotting after 5 years, due a good amount of usage and robust fires. Due to moisture and freeze thaw the faux stone began falling off approximately 10 years.
