Terrible purchase

The product is terrible. I have a guy cut the lawn, and go behind him a day later, and it will not cut Bermuda grass at all. Leaves spots even after three passes. No way enough power to do anything,

Worthless

Have to make three or four passes over the grass to get it cut. Used it once and threw it in the trash.

Love the Ease of use, Battery life, My Lawn

I bought this mower to cut my front yard. After the first cut, which was really nice, I extended to my back yard after purchasing an additional battery. My yard is fairly big, I'm on a corner lot. I have quickly upped my game. I am cutting on the lowest setting and my yard looks like a golf course. Not sure about the other reviews, my 2 batteries are more than enough to finish my yard with 2 bars to spare. Excellent mower for small lawns

A perfect replacement for my old push-mower. The powered reel allows me to move along slowly for an even cut. Ease of height adjustment is another plus.

Horrible terrible don't buy

4 passes in my yard that was just cut a week ago and it started smoking and would not run after that - do not buy this - go with the gas one or the manual one.

Broken reel

Just started using my 24V-CRLM15 about a month or so ago and the reel has broken. Took a good look at it and doesn’t seem to be repairable. Which I hope isn’t the case. Searched the website/ other sites and could find a replacement reel. Yes it got caught on some mulch a couple of times but nothing that should have cased it to break the way it did. Love using this machine as it cuts the grass nice and short. Any suggestions sun joe?

Needs More Blades

Had my yard leveled last year and this does great at 0.6". I only with you had an upgrade available for a 7-blade drum for an even better cut.

Dissapointing and Delicate

All things being optimal, this mower does its job well. It cuts my lawn without leaving behind rifling patterns that manual push mowers suffer from. However, on the very first use... I hit a tiny rock and it hasn't been the same since.... and there's always going to be some kind of debris in the yard due to the large number of kids in the neighborhood tracking them here, high winds, etc. The mower started working again once I sharpened and ground down the dent made by the rock. Reel to bed knife tolerance issue

Product did not funtion properly out of the box. Powered it up and could hear a clicking sound as the reel wws spinning. Got through the first roughly 20 ft of grass, and it seized up. Tried to adjust the reel to bed knife, but either the reel or the bed knife was/is way out of spec. The right side (from the rear) will not cut if opened up to stop the clicking sound. The left side will cut fine... Had high hopes, but really disappointed. Boxed it up. Maybe others will have better luck.
