These were a great match to our other pulls. Took one star away because they’re a little pricey

Shipped on the day it was supposed to arrive

Said delivery in 2 days. I ordered it. They waited until after dark on the day it was supposed to be delivered to ship it from Oregon to South Carolina. Do you think it will make it? NO! What a bunch of liars. Ordering it from somewhere else and reopening these whenever they do finally arrive, IF they arrive.

Measurements weren’t accurate

The plate where the holes are was not 1.5” which it said It was only 3/4” which was to small. Very disappointed.

Excellent Customer Service

Bought with help of customer service. Needed dimensions to insure item fit correctly which were not provided on web page. Representative searched and found the needed information which confirmed item would work for my needs.

Nice but not for me

Nice quality, but the screws included are inferior. I didn't want something so obvious and the square shape makes them stand out more. It's a HUGE annoyance that none of the "invisible" drawer pulls are on display at the store. It's turned what should have been a quick trip into multiple online purchases and trips to the store to pick up, return, and reorder. If I can find a place that actually stocks at least samples then Lowes loses my business.
