After two hours they couldn't find

I waited for two hours while they looked for the cartons, but they were nowhere to be found. Thanks to Jordan and the Mgr. James, they did come up with a solution and helped me purchase a different replacement item. I would give them both an A for effort, but whom ever is in charge of inventory control has a lot of work to do.

Bought this but had to order it because it was out of stock. Ordered 6 boxes and they came in just after 4th of July. Today is 7 July and I am taking back 4 boxes and hopefully saving my sanity. Trying to lay this flooring is terrible. Pieces do not lock in all the way, boards are warped, pieces are very fragile. It Just doesnt lay down once you do get them to lock in. I know, you get what you pay for but it was the color that attracted me to it. I am throwing in the towel and taking boxes back ...

Just pure junk

We bought this because the wife liked the color and the price was at a buck a sf. Took it home and 3 days started to lay it down. First row was fine. Second row had issues with it locking in. 3rd row had pieces warped and wiuld not line up. Tore it apart and tried laying another way and no avail.after burning up a box and half i took the unopened boxes back and got Some stainmaster. So i guess the old addage is True. This Flooring is great for specific spaces and I would highly recommend a professional installer to put it in. As someone who installs flooring I can tell you that there are many brands and types of flooring that are easier to install for average homeowners, flippers, and property managers. Don’t buy this brand

If the price is cheap quality is the same it ships very easily when you’re trying to place them together I would not recommend these laminate flooring spend a little more and get better quality save yourself a lot of time in trouble

Temporary upgrade

Not a good quality laminate

Flooring looked ok, and we have installed some great flooring before from Lowe's...but this was different, when I went to pick it up 3 of 6 boxes that I ordered were damaged and had bits of broken floor falling out. No one seemed to know where the molding was (although they were sure it had come in) and the padding was no where to be found. Not easy to assemble

We used Pergo in other rooms of our house but opted to try this brand for a bedroom that wouldn’t see much use. This product is horrible. It doesn’t click together well, the pieces break off easily and the planks don’t line up well, leaving big gaps. They sell a filler but that dries up and shrinks so it gets vacuumed up when cleaning. Buy a more reliable product that is better made and don’t waste your time on this one.
