What Customers Are Saying

Customers praise the chair's beautiful rustic aesthetic, comfortable contoured seating, and sturdy construction, with most reporting satisfaction. The dark brown finish weathers naturally, and reviewers highlight the smooth rocking motion and stable base. However, a notable portion experienced frustrating assembly with misaligned holes and missing hardware, requiring two people and socket wrenches. Some report premature failures including cracked rockers and split wood within months, raising durability concerns despite initial quality perceptions. Overall, most find it worthwhile for its design and comfort, though assembly and long-term reliability remain significant drawbacks.

one page instruction, very ambigeous and uninformative. this is a nightmare to install. ended up having to disassemble twice from scratch, wasted 2-3 more hours to install. the hexagonal nut screw does not fit any standard size but could'nt be screw in tightly. worry this chair will collapse much sooner that it should normally. i ahd assembler a many dozens of furnitures and never had probelm as bad as this. a couple washers were missing perhaps because they only wrapped them with paper and s...

I bought 2 rocking chairs and the matching loveseat for outside and I paid $10 each for assembly and when we went to pick them up they were not assembled and the lady said they do not charge for assembly. When opening the box for one it was broken but the Lowe’s in Aransas Pass exchanged it without question.
