Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
The reviews for this laminate flooring product are generally positive, with many customers praising its easy installation, great value, and attractive appearance. Several noted the flooring was easy to cut and install, and many commented on its good quality and durability. However, some customers did report issues like the flooring being slippery, the joints separating after installation, and the product chipping or damaging easily during installation. Overall, the consensus is that this is a good quality, affordable laminate flooring option, but customers should be prepared for a potentially more labor-intensive installation process and handle the product with care.

We recently redid our whole upstairs in this flooring. 2 bedrooms and a hallway between. Once complete they really are nice looking. They install quickly and easily if you take your time with installation. The tapping block used makes all the difference. We discovered (a bit late) that the blue hawk composite tapping block works best with this line of flooring. We had also tried a couple different sizes of scrap piece of wood and the metal laminate floor puller (also blue hawk I believe) that w...
Great Value
I have no background in construction and only just began foraging into the art of DIY about two or three years ago. Even though I renovated my mobile home from top to bottom, I don't have any particular expertise in flooring, hardwood or otherwise. That's why I can’t imagine anyone having a hard time putting this down themselves. All you need is a tape measure and something to make the cuts with. You’ll get the straightest cross cuts with a miter saw. Your side cuts will be made easiest with a t...
42 boxes in one week
We were very skeptical of the price on this flooring and it has no backing. We shopped, and shopped and shopped. The reviews on this flooring have not been very good. We purchased 42 boxes of this from the store in Denver NC. Remember with this product you have to buy felt to put down. You need to shop and compare/read reviews on that also. We put this down in 7 days (yes WE did it), 8 if you count ¼ rounds on the base boards. We put this in: • Living room • Dining room • Kitchen • Hall • Bedro...
Quality consistency issues
A number of issues plagued this product that caused for a lot of boards to be returned to the store as defective. Defects accounted for more than 10% of all the boards. Many I could accept and still build with but most I could not. 2% of boards had glue drips dried right in the tongue, that if not properly removed, would cause a failure in the joint. I had about 15 boards with this problem and I caught most but two I did not, resulting in damaged board that I could not use. I had about 10 boar...
Many defective boxes
I bought 30 boxes online and picked up in the store. It was a couple weeks before I started to install the flooring. When I did, I got through one box and when I opened a new one every board in the whole box was blistered and peeling. I had to check every single piece I put down. Sad to say, I have at least 5 full boxes with every piece in the box blistered, some worse than others but still unusable. I really love the look of this flooring. It was easy to install. All the pieces fit together wit...
Pleasantly Surprised
We are getting our house ready to put on the market. We wanted to upgrade the floors but as cheaply as possible. I chose these floors primarily based on the price, and was very nervous about them being poor quality. Installation was super easy, my husband and I installed about 475 sq ft in 10 hrs (with a 3 yr old running around, so lots of breaks, had we been able to find a babysitter it probably would have taken half that). The planks went together easy and are pretty much idiot proof. If they ...
Pleasantly surprised
I previously installed an engineered hardwood floor, but this product was my first laminate floor. It’s very inexpensive, so my expectations were not high, but I must say I'm happy with how it came out. I installed it in 10x12 room plus a small closet, which required 6 boxes. There were no installation issues at all. I tapped these boards pretty hard with both a tapping block and a metal pull bar, and I didn't break any boards. Not one board was a reject, every one came out of the box in gr...
Easy install
I installed this flooring by myself and I have small children at home with me. I used this in an 120 sq ft dining room and what should have taken me a day or two turned into a week because of constant interruptions and no help. This was the first time I've ever tried installing flooring and it's easy once you get the hang of it. I have concrete subfloor and had to remove carpet and tack strips. I recommend watching you tube for tricks and tips because it came in handy. One tip I can recommend th...
it damages at minimum contact with water
I bought this laminate because most reviews agreed that it is a nice looking flooring option and easy to install. It is true, it really looks amazing. Unfortunately, any review said something about how poorly it resists water. I was aware that it was not water-resistant but being a person who keeps my house "impeccable" I thought I could take care of it like any other delicate things in my house. One week after being installed, my son spilled out water in the floor and no matter how quickly I ...
Very nice flooring!
First time I've ever done a laminate flooring project, so there was a learning curve. The flooring itself is very smooth on top and has nice variations in the pattern. Cuts were easy and I didn't run into any splintering of the ends. If you follow the attached instructions, the installation will work the best. Basically it's tapping in the short sides together with a tapping block and hammer. On the long sides, you'll have to angle the 2nd piece about 20 degrees to the piece lying flat and push...
